Custom watchmaking production
H-Development manages the entire watch development process, from aesthetic creation to the technical design of the product and its components. We coordinate the production of prototypes and samples necessary for validation and launch. We then handle sourcing, quality control, assembly, and delivery of fully finished watches. You focus on sales and marketing; we manage the execution.
Technical development
H-Development provides complete technical development and engineering services for watchmaking products in accordance with ‘Swiss Made’ requirements.
Design
H-Development partners with brands in the aesthetic creation of their timepieces, shaping the lines, proportions, materials, finishes, and overall product identity. The goal is to deliver a cohesive, refined design that perfectly reflects the brand’s positioning.
Watch components
H-Development develops and supplies custom-made watch components such as dials, hands, cases, buckles and bracelets.
